I really enjoyed my class. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. At the end, I felt more supple, fresh and relaxed. I really recommend having a go. You won’t regret it!
I did 10 classes with Marco, both individually and in little groups. Marco is really a great pedagogue! As a performer myself I’ve learned a lot, a new way of listening to the body. It’s definitely worth it to book for more than one session as it’s a full complete new way of moving. Above all your head will also thank you for the peace of mind you get!!!
